If your bedroom is filled with clutter and chaos, your body will identify with that energy so, rest assured, you won&#8217;t sleep soundly.<br/><br/>Here are 7 bedroom health tips to keep in mind.<br/><br/> If possible, don&#8217;t position the foot of your bed in direct alignment with your bedroom door. Since the chi (energy) enters each room through a doorway you don&#8217;t want this energy targeting your body as your sleeping. You do want your bed positioned so that you can view the doorway. This keeps you in a power position. If you must keep your bed aligned with the door, place a large plant, bench or other object in front of the bed to create a shield between you and the door. Given that desks, computers, and exercise equipment are associated with activity it&#8217;s best not have them in a bedroom as the feeling of rest will be forced right out of the room. If you no other option, then try to place your equipment behind a screen or large plant to create a partition.  Don&#8217;t sleep with a clock radio, telephone/cell phone, or computer near your head. Keep them 4 to 6 feet away from your body, particularly your head. This equipment emits electromagnetic fields (EMF) which will affect your health and well-being over time.  No white or beige walls in the bedroom! Make sure to paint the walls a soothing color that you love. Stark walls create a feeling of depression.  Find furniture with flowing curves rather than pointed edges. In Feng Shui these points are known as &#8220;poision arrows.&#8221; You don&#8217;t want points coming at your body. This can lead to body pain and health issues.  Don&#8217;t keep clutter in your bedroom. Allow space for you to breathe. Clutter can affect your health and your mindset even if it&#8217;s hidden under your bed. In fact, lots of stuff under the bed might disrupt your sleep.  Keep the master bathroom door closed. Water energy in the bathroom is active energy so you don&#8217;t want that active energy interfering with your sleep. It is proven that stress related illnesses are on the rise and the best way to combat them is to find a daily stress relief. Here are just some ways for you to distress your day and live a healthier life. <br />Turn off all T.V., radio, and sounds and allow yourself to sit in silence while you release your stress for the day. Meditation is a strong source, but if you are not into meditation then just a simple few minutes in silence help you control your thoughts and help you release stress. Play soothing music of your choice as you relax in a hot shower or bath. The heat of the shower or bath is relaxing to the muscles and rejuvenates your body. Tell yourself about 5 things you really appreciated that day. Even in the worst of days there are some things you can reflect on that can make you smile. Smiling is a natural releaser of stress. Laughter is a huge part of releasing stress. The more you laugh the better you feel and it makes the bad things not seem so bad. Sometimes I actually find some of the events of the day a great way to find laughter. Find a sport that you enjoy and can give you a release. Endorphins are a natural high and aid in making you feel relaxed and better.No matter your choice of relaxation do the things you love. The check up will consist of listening to the heart, checking the reproductive system and digestive system. Some vets may check for other things, as the cats get older. Give yourself a little pampering by having a relaxing massage to take away all the tension that has accumulated in your body.<br/><br/>Back strain. Probably the most important tip of all is for a man to get regular daily exercise. Certainly you do not need to look far to find there is a wealth of information out there regarding fitness and exercise plans.<br/><br/>Just doing a quick search of the internet will find you dozens of programs relating to men&#8217;s health issues and fitness programs.<br/><br/>However, for many men the idea of setting up an exercise plan seems a little complex as well as being unappealing. But bringing it down to the basics what they need is a system where they work out for about 30 minutes three times each week. But what is even more important is that the exercise they do does not need to be a formal activity. In fact if they want they can build into their normal every day routines. For example they could walk briskly to work each day rather than just strolling, or they could take the stairs to their office rather than using the lift. Plus if they really want to keep their heart healthy then any aerobic exercise will do such as walking, running, jogging, swimming, cycling or a racket sport are just some that they could consider. It is important though that any exercise they do will cause them to break into a sweat but isn&#8217;t hard enough that they are unable to speak.<br/><br/>But for those men who are overweight before starting on any fitness program they should seek medical advice. Certainly the best way to get healthy and stay fit is not only to lose weight, but you need to combine this with exercise and a good diet. This can be achieved by eating plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables for those with body types that require high carbohydrates. We are all different, but our need for adequate sleep is basically the same. Despite many people thinking they can get along with less sleep than others, this lack of sleep adds up and is linked to many health issues and their consequences. The average person needs about eight hours of sleep per night, although the timing and quality of such sleep also plays an important role.<br/><br/>Exercise! Keeping your body in shape is a sure way to increase your overall health, stay in shape, and consequentially reduce health risks associated to being overweight. An hour of daily exercise is recommended, but if your schedule doesn’t allow it, try to fit in at least four hours per week.<br/><br/>Eat right! To a certain extent, you are what you eat! Choosing what you eat carefully and avoiding fatty foods will help prevent health risks. Maintaining a balanced diet is vital to a healthy lifestyle. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><br/><br/>As someone who really likes to write about health, I was challenged recently when a friend asked me how I would pick a pair of golf shoes that were most beneficial to my health.<br/><br/>I hadn’t thought much about it but a little research shows that it is an issue worth investigating.<br/><br/>According to the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, 43 million Americans per year suffer from foot-related health issues, costing $3.5 billion in treatment and lost workdays.<br/><br/>The average golfer will spend 4 &#8211; 6 hours on the golf course each time he or she plays, walking on typically hilly terrain. Adequate foot comfort during this time is a must as there is a lot of potential here for feet, ankles and back to become strained due to ill-fitting shoes, particularly in older players.<br/><br/>Ultimately, safe and protective footwear will reflect on your game too. Experts have stated that the game of golf begins from the feet. According to Jack Nicklaus: &#8220;All timing, distance, and direction comes out of the lower body with the feet leading the way”.<br/><br/>Choosing golf shoes has become harder over time. 15 years ago we were restricted mainly to “traditional” models (brogues or similar). Nowadays there are all sorts of variations, from boots to sandals.<br/><br/>How do you know which golf shoe will be right for you, and also best for you feet, your back as well as your swing?<br/><br/>Here are some tips for getting the healthiest golf shoes for you:<br/><br/>Take your time when trying potential new golf shoes on.
